Bernardo Soriano Guzmán

Bernardo Soriano Guzmán is a lawyer specialising in cannabis, co-founder and managing partner of S&F Abogados and responsible for representing the firm. He holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and a master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from the Madrid Bar Association.
He has a long track record in the cannabis industry. He advises cannabis and CBD companies that already operate in the sector or want to enter it, and supports them through every step needed to launch their projects with legal certainty.
Firmly committed to cannabis regulation in Spain, he is the spokesperson for the Regulación Responsable platform, where he carries out political advocacy and technical work to promote comprehensive regulation of adult-use cannabis. He advises public and private organisations and works on an ongoing basis with key players in regulation processes in other countries.
He regularly appears in the media as an expert in cannabis law.
Guillermo Fernández Navarro

Guillermo Fernández Navarro is a criminal defence lawyer specialising in cannabis and co-founder of S&F Abogados. He holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and a master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from the Madrid Bar Association.
He heads the firm’s criminal practice and coordinates the team of criminal defence lawyers. In more than ten years he has defended over five hundred cases involving cannabis growers and producers, cannabis social clubs and associations, grow shops and seed banks.
He is also a legal consultant and business adviser specialising in industrial hemp and CBD products in Spain and Europe.
He coordinates the firm’s international practice: he helps foreign companies enter the cannabis industry in Europe and European companies enter the US market.
