At S&F Abogados we take an active part in the expert group Regulación Responsable, one of the main players working for cannabis regulation in Spain, on both the legal and the political and social advocacy front.

We also work with the leading organisations promoting medical cannabis regulation in Spain: the Spanish Medical Cannabis Observatory (OECM) and the patients’ association Dosemociones

We are also deeply involved in the business cluster Cannabis HUB, a key organisation for research, training and business development in cannabis, linked to several universities. At Cannabis HUB, among other things, we coordinate the Cannabis Regulation Working Group and the Legal Module of the first official Master’s degree in Cannabis Production and Processing Technologies in Spain in collaboration with the University of Barcelona (UB).

We support these projects because we are convinced that this is the only way we can move forward on the rights of cannabis users, patients and the development of the cannabis sector and industry, always from the perspective of Responsible Regulation.
