After the draft laws, how to move on to the next level: comprehensive regulation. In this conference, which will be moderated by Bernardo, we will chat with Spanish Congresswoman Lucía Muñoz, Catalan Parliamentarian Carlos Rosique, and Madrid Assembly member Jorge Moruno.

After a year and a half since four regulation laws were registered in Congress and the Senate, nothing has changed for cannabis users or the industry. Together, we will discuss why progress has been limited and the possibility of establishing cannabis regulation as a condition for the formation of the Government in the next legislature, as in Germany.
